Buildings for a Sustainable Climate

Energy Master Plans

The task of moving a new or existing building or community to genuine climate neutrality is so daunting to most people involved with buildings that they dismiss it as only theoretical, something that cannot be attained.

Since BSC’s first EMP in 1992, we have developed the new methods, procedures and protocols necessary to change from an energy conservation mentality to a climate neutral mentality. We reduce the electrical and fossil fuel use by 90% and develop renewable energy sources to provide all the energy for operation and repaying the embedded energy of construction and a portion of the transportation and food energy.

Failing to Plan is Planning to Fail
