Total Quality Commissioning (TQC) is a Whole Life Cycle Total Quality Performance Assurance Program for mechanical, electrical construction projects.
TQC confirms the detailed life cycle requirements of the Client and ensures that the systems are selected and sized, installed and operated to achieve the Client’s short, medium and long term requirements.
Our Detailed Design Intent documents the selection and sizing process, answering all the hows and whys of the decisions made. TQC continues through the design and construction and into operation.
TQC goes beyond LEED commissioning, facilitating an expedited, successful construction project that will operate successfully for a long life cycle.
